Hunt, fish, and water-ski locally in Colorado.  No need to drive to Kansas, Nebraska, Wyoming, or South Dakota.  Convenient easy access from Interstate-25 (I-25) five miles north of Fort Collins, close to an hour from these front range cities and states, Wyoming, Nebraska, Kansas, Denver, Littleton, Thornton, Arvada, Golden, Greeley, Longmont, Boulder, Loveland, Cheyenne, and Laramie.

Directions from the south: Take I-25 to Mountain Vista Exit #271, go west on Mountain Vista to Giddings Road (Larimer County Road #9), then go north on Giddings Road (Larimer County Road #9) to the stop sign at Larimer County Road #58/Colorado Highway #1, then go west on Colorado Highway #1 to the Waverly exit (Larimer County Road #15), go north on Larimer County Road #15 1/2 mile to Rocky Ridge Lane (at the RED mailbox on the west side by the large cottonwood tree), go west on Rocky Ridge Lane  3/10ths of a mile to the second house on the road (located under the big cottonwood trees).  Please Remember (By appointment only.)
